Most partners start in Tier 01 to validate the SKU in their market, then upgrade to Tier 02 once volume justifies tooling. Tier 03 is for partners launching a new product category, not a re-branded GoldHot SKU.

How fast can I get a custom-colour ELB02 for a corporate-gift programme?
Custom colour ramps in at 500-unit MOQ. From artwork approval to FOB Shenzhen, plan 35–40 days for a single-colour run. We hold colour matching plates between runs at no charge — repeat orders for the same colour skip the plate-setup step.
Can I OEM the optional 12,000 mAh battery pack separately?
Yes. The battery pack is a separately-certified SKU; we OEM it on the same line with co-branded packaging. Standard MOQ on the battery is 200 units paired with a 200-unit lunch-box order. Above 1,000 units we can custom-mould the battery housing to match your lunch-box colour exactly.
What languages does the OLED splash screen support?
Standard firmware ships with English / Chinese / Japanese. Tier 02 firmware lets you add your target market language — adds about 2 weeks to firmware QA. Splash screen art (logo or message) is fully customisable.
Does the FDA food-contact certification transfer to my OEM unit?
Yes — the FDA food-contact testing covers the ceramic tray and silicone lid seal, which are unchanged on Tier 01 (Private-Label). On Tier 02 (Tooled OEM) we re-test if the tray surface or seal changes. Most tooled-OEM orders keep the standard tray, in which case the existing certification transfers as-is.
Can I get an EXW quote without the GoldHot brand mark anywhere on the unit?
Yes. Standard OEM units ship with no GoldHot branding on the exterior — just the model code on the regulatory plate (required by certification). Even the regulatory plate can carry your brand if you have your own FCC ID issued, which most repeat OEM partners arrange before their second order.
