The premium tier ferments waste with thermophilic microbes in the 55–60 °C range — the same biological process Reencle uses, and the same a backyard hot-compost heap runs. Output is dark, crumbly, microbially active soil amendment. Dehydrator-grinders (Lomi, Mill, Vitamix FoodCycler) produce dry powder — that is not compost. Buyers are increasingly aware of the difference, and retail price separation between the two categories is widening.
