Do you build a 120 V version of every model?
Yes. The composter range and pet food maker (JL04) ship 120 V/60 Hz as standard for the US channel. The ELB02 lunch box uses USB-C PD which is voltage-agnostic, plus an optional 12 V car adapter.
Is ETL or UL listing available?
Yes. ETL listing is the most common request from US retailers (Amazon, Costco, big-box). We add ETL listing on POs above 1,000 units; the listing cost is amortised across the run and shown line-item on the quote.
What about California Prop 65?
Materials are documented and a Prop 65 statement is included in the cert dossier you receive with your sample. We do not use the regulated substances list (lead, mercury, certain phthalates).
Can you ship Amazon-FBA-ready cartons?
Yes. Add the FBA flag to your quote — we add the FNSKU label position, prep-ready master-carton dimensions, and the 'Made in China' label per FBA spec.
What is the typical US lead time door-to-FBA?
Production 25–40 days + FOB Shenzhen to LA/Long Beach ~18 days + FBA receiving 5–7 days. Plan on roughly 70 days from deposit to inventory.
