This policy describes how GoldHot Kitchen Appliances (the appliance division of the Goldenhot group) collects, uses, and protects information gathered through goldhotglobal.com and the inquiry, sample, and OEM channels connected to it. We write this page in plain language. If anything is unclear, the contact address below reaches a person on our team within one business day.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details. Your name, company, role, country, email, and any phone or messaging handle you provide when you submit an inquiry, request a sample, or download a spec sheet.
- Order context. The models, configurations, target volumes, certifications, and delivery terms you describe in your brief. We keep this information so our sales engineers can quote accurately and our QC team can route the right paperwork.
- Usage data. Server logs of pages visited, referrer URL, approximate region, device type, and timestamps. We use this to understand which content is useful and to detect abuse.
- Cookies. Small files stored on your device. Details are in our Cookie Policy .
2. How we use the information
We use the information you give us to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, manage sample and production orders, send order updates, and — where you have asked — keep you informed about catalog changes, new certifications, and trade-show schedules. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
3. Who sees your information
Inside our group, your information is visible only to the sales, engineering, QC, and logistics staff who need it to fulfill your request. Outside the group, we share information with shipping carriers, customs brokers, certification bodies, and payment institutions when this is required to complete an order. Each external party is bound by written confidentiality terms.
4. International transfers
Our headquarters and primary servers are in Dongguan, Guangdong, with backups in Hong Kong. If you contact us from the EU, UK, US, Japan, Korea, or any other jurisdiction, your information may be processed in China and Hong Kong. We apply the same protection standards regardless of where the data lives.
5. Your rights
You may at any time ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, restrict its use, or delete it. To exercise these rights, write to redowan@gh-goldenhot.com with the subject line "Privacy request". We respond within fourteen calendar days.
6. Retention
Inquiry and quotation records are kept for five years from the last interaction so we can honor warranty terms and audit our trade history. Server logs are kept for ninety days. Marketing-consent records are kept for as long as you remain subscribed, plus two years.
7. Security
Information in transit is protected with TLS. Information at rest is held on access-controlled servers in our Dongguan and Hong Kong facilities. We review access logs quarterly and reset administrative credentials at least twice a year.
