Terms of Use.

1. Scope of the website

The website is a trade catalog. It is intended for wholesale buyers, dealers, importers, and OEM partners. The information published — specifications, certifications, pricing tiers, lead times — is presented for evaluation only. A binding offer is created only when we issue a written Proforma Invoice through the inquiry channel and that document is countersigned.

2. Specifications and product changes

We continuously improve our products. Materials, finishes, control firmware, and packaging may be revised without notice. The data sheet attached to your Proforma Invoice supersedes anything published on the website. Photographs are representative; minor color variations between batches are normal.

3. Pricing and currency

List prices on the website are reference prices in USD, quoted FOB Shenzhen, and are subject to change with the exchange rate, raw-material cost, and order volume. The price binding on a transaction is the price on the signed Proforma Invoice. Local taxes, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer unless DDP terms are agreed in writing.

4. Buyer obligations

• Provide accurate company, tax, and shipping information.
• Honor MOQ, deposit, and lead-time commitments stated on the signed Proforma Invoice.
• Comply with the import, certification, and labeling requirements of the destination market.
• Use the products only for their intended consumer or commercial purpose and follow the included instructions.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, model designs, technical drawings, photographs, and editorial copy on this site are the property of the Goldenhot group or licensed to it. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any of this material without our written consent. For OEM and private-label partners, a separate license is issued together with the program contract.

6. Confidentiality of briefs

OEM and ODM briefs that you submit through the inquiry form — including target retail price, packaging artwork, and proprietary features — are treated as confidential. We share them only with the internal teams that need them to prepare a quotation. We do not disclose your brief to other clients.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from reliance on information published on it. Our maximum liability for any direct loss is limited to the value of the order to which the dispute relates.

8. Warranty

Standard warranty is twelve months from the bill-of-lading date for manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty is detailed in the program contract for OEM partners and in the Proforma Invoice for direct buyers. Wear parts, cosmetic damage, and misuse are excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China for transactions originating from our Dongguan headquarters and by the laws of Hong Kong SAR for transactions originating from our Hong Kong office. Disputes are resolved by friendly negotiation first; failing that, by arbitration in Shenzhen or Hong Kong, as set out in the signed Proforma Invoice.
