GoldHot Kitchen(“we,” “us,” or “GoldHot”) builds and supplies premium smart countertop appliances to retailers, distributors, and importers worldwide. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit goldhotglobal.com or send us an inquiry, how we use it, and the controls available to you.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details you submit through our inquiry, sample-request, or OEM-brief forms — name, company, email, phone, country, and your message.
- Order & trade information exchanged once a quote is in progress, including shipping addresses, billing entity, and any documents you provide.
- Site usage — IP address, browser, device, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this to improve the site and to detect abuse.

2. How we use information
We use the information you share to reply to your inquiry, send quotes and samples, fulfill confirmed orders, provide post-sale support, and — with your consent — keep you informed of new products and trade updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Who we share it with
Information is shared only with trusted service providers needed to operate the business: email and form-delivery providers, freight forwarders and shipping partners on confirmed orders, and the banking institutions handling T/T or L/C payments. Each provider is bound by confidentiality and the law of their jurisdiction.

Inquiry records are retained for up to three years to support follow-up business. Order records are retained per the relevant tax and customs laws (typically 5–10 years). Site usage and analytics data are aggregated after 14 months.
