What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts at 100 units per model. Mixed pallets across models are possible for first orders, ask in your quote request.
Do you offer OEM, ODM and private-label production?
Yes. We customise logo, packaging, colour and firmware for OEM, and build to your specification for ODM. Private-label is standard for orders above MOQ.
Which certifications do GoldHot appliances carry?
CE, FCC, RoHS, FDA food-contact compliance, ISTA transit and ETL, depending on model. Every test report is downloadable on the Certifications page.
What are your lead times and shipping terms?
Production runs 25-40 days after deposit; samples ship in about 14 days. Terms are FOB Shenzhen, and we support sea and air freight.
Where are GoldHot products manufactured?
In our own factory in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, with assembly and QC in-house. FOB port is Shenzhen.
