1. Wholesale-only audience

This site is intended for retailers, distributors, importers, specifiers, and trade buyers. We do not sell to end consumers directly. Trade quotes carry a minimum order quantity per model; see the inquiry page for current MOQ and trade terms.

2. Quotes, samples, and orders

Prices, lead times, and product specifications shown on this site are indicative. A binding offer is created only when we issue a written quotation referencing your specific order. Samples are chargeable; sample fees may be deducted from the first production order at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including product designs, photography, copy, and the GoldHot wordmark — is the property of Goldenhot Plastic & Hardware Products Co., Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. For OEM and private-label briefs, IP ownership of branded artwork remains with you; we receive a license to manufacture the specific units ordered.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated harvesting, or systematic copying of site content.
• No reverse engineering of any embedded code or media.
• No use of the site to send unsolicited commercial communications to our team.
• No use of the site that would violate the export laws of your jurisdiction.

5. Third-party links

The site contains links to sister brands and third-party certifications. We are not responsible for the content of any site we link to.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities. Product specifications are described in good faith but may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the site is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount of any quote you have signed with us in the prior 12 months, or USD 100 — whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute will first be resolved by good faith negotiation. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Guangzhou for final binding arbitration in English. Nothing in this clause limits a consumer’s rights under mandatory local law.

9. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
