Electric Salad Maker

The VC01 is a countertop electric salad maker — a drum-type rotary slicer/shredder positioned for the home-kitchen gift, e-commerce, and small-appliance retail channels. Vegetables go into the top feed chute and come out sliced or shredded directly onto the plate: no cutting board, no box grater, no knife skills. Five interchangeable stainless drum blades cover the full prep range — fine shred for potato, carrot, and cold-dressed salads; coarse and flat shred for cucumber and stir-fry prep; thin slice for potato chips, cucumber rounds, and hot-pot ingredients; and a crinkle-cut drum for decorative cuts and snack slicing. The wide-mouth chute and one-touch press-to-feed operation keep hands clear of the blades, and the drums rinse clean under the tap.
