Drum-type electric vegetable slicer/shredder with 5 interchangeable stainless blades. One-touch feed chute slices and shreds straight onto the plate. 80 W, 220 V / 50 Hz.
The VC01 is a countertop electric salad maker — a drum-type rotary slicer/shredder positioned for the home-kitchen gift, e-commerce, and small-appliance retail channels. Vegetables go into the top feed chute and come out sliced or shredded directly onto the plate: no cutting board, no box grater, no knife skills. Five interchangeable stainless drum blades cover the full prep range — fine shred for potato, carrot, and cold-dressed salads; coarse and flat shred for cucumber and stir-fry prep; thin slice for potato chips, cucumber rounds, and hot-pot ingredients; and a crinkle-cut drum for decorative cuts and snack slicing. The wide-mouth chute and one-touch press-to-feed operation keep hands clear of the blades, and the drums rinse clean under the tap.

Fine shred handles potato, carrot, and cold-dressed salads; flat and coarse shred cover cucumber and stir-fry prep; thin slice is for potato chips, cucumber rounds, and hot-pot ingredients; the crinkle drum cuts decorative shapes and snacks.
One-touch, no cutting board
Load the chute, press down, and the rotary drum feeds sliced or shredded vegetables straight onto the plate or bowl. Faster than a mandoline, with no exposed blade near fingers.
Easy to clean
Drum blades and chute detach without tools and rinse clean under the tap. The 80 W motor base wipes down.
